About the experience
With a mixture of Indian and Mediterranean inspired items, each dish is created for the experience of eating, with vibrant colours, aromatic scents, layers of texture and incredible flavours.
Menu's can be curated to offer 6 to 8 different items, with a range of cold and warm dishes.
Additionally, we offer a live station where guests can be served a freshly prepared speciality of Chef Raj, his 'Puri Mouth Bombs'.
Served in either platters or individual portion size pots, the canapes are the perfect accompaniment to any gathering; casual, formal or otherwise.
Menu's can be created to client needs including dietary preferences and requirements, including Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Dairy Free options.

"Working with Raj on a celebration event for Thomas Flavell & Sons was so easy. We had a brainstorming session about my expectations and budget. Raj made suggestions on various menu ideas, and followed up with a clear quote for a couple of options. After agreeing on a menu, it was amazing to see it all come to life in our office space. The smell of all the food was amazing, and as guests arrived they all commented on how delicious it smelt. It was all presented beautifully as well.
The food was all absolutely stunning, and the feedback from our guests was amazing. Raj also created an live station preparing Puri's for each guest, which was a brilliant talking point. I had no complaints whatsoever, and would definitely recommend Raj for any events you have coming up.
