Scratch Cook Indian BBQ is an exciting food truck concept serving up Bold Spice, Big Sizzle and BBQ done the Indian way.  No curry, no naan - just wholesome & authentic Indian flavours, cooked with love, passion and always from Scratch. 100% gluten-free and nut-free, with vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options too. 
 
From our converted Rice Richardson horse trailer, we cook up skewers of Cornish Lamb, Free Range Chicken, Paneer (V) and Portobello Mushrooms (Ve) over blazing hot charcoal, each marinated in their own Indian spices.
 
Taking restaurant level dishes to the great outdoors, each protein choice is cut into bite size pieces and served in bowls of Saffron Rice, Sweetcorn 'Dhal', Salad and Minted Yogurt Sauce.  Making Scratch Cook Indian BBQ the perfect handheld food option.  
 
Each dish is well balanced in spices and if guests would like to turn up the heat, they can add freshly chopped green chilies and/or our signature Habanero Hot Sauce.
 
We really pride ourselves on using wholefoods and cooking everything from Scratch, with the best quality ingredients. For example our lamb which is supplied by Aubrey Allen butchers, has PGI status which gives consumers confidence of knowing the exact origin of where on Cornwall's' granite-based pastures, their lamb was raised. 

We also offer a 100% plant based BBQ option using a range of beautiful mushrooms from Portobello to King Trumpet and for the ultimate adaptogenic; Lions Mane! 

Hosting a private event?
