About the experience
Popular with clients looking for an upscale dining experience of 8 dishes in a more relaxed and social environment for up to 50 guests.
While guests mingle, chat and socialise, each course is finished and presented by Chef Raj in palm-size dishes from a central table / pass (e.g. a Kitchen Island). More than Canapes, the idea is to allow guest to walk, talk and eat without compromise on the food experience.
This experience generally takes place at the clients home or preferred location.
Menu's can be created to client needs including dietary preferences and requirements, including Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Dairy Free options.
