‘Poppadom's and Mint Sauce‘

Chef's take on a classic snack found at most British Indian restaurants. Elevated to starter status, we have a mint infused yogurt sauce with delicately spiced black chick peas & finely diced cucumber. Enjoy with a toasted Papad (aka Poppadom!)

Desi Scotch Eggs
A soft centred Quail egg is wrapped in a lightly spiced duxelles, using seasonally available mushrooms and sealed with a panko crumb. Served with a Malabar sauce.

Lamb Tenderoast
Aubrey Allen’s west country naturally-reared lamb is marinated for 24hours with Scratch Cook Social’s Handcrafted Tandoori Masala, cooked to 142F for the perfect medium finish and served with coconut infused crushed sweetcorn, pomegranate, pickled onions and green chutney

Financier, Apple, Cardamom Foam
Financiers, topped with apple three-ways and finished with a light cardamom foam
